Dr. Seltzer obtained his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his neurology training at the National Hospital, Queen Square in London, England, Boston City Hospital, Harvard Medical School and Boston VA Hospital. Prior to coming to Tulane, he served on the faculties of Harvard Medical School and Boston University School of Medicine and was Chief of the Dementia Study Unit at the VA's Boston Geriatric Research, Education & Clinical Center. Dr. Seltzer specializes in geriatric & behavoiral neurology with a focus on Alzheimer's Disease. He has been involved in numerous clinical trials for Alzheimer's Disease drugs and he is the author of over 90 papers & chapters.
